As a father of two neurodiverse children, I understand the importance and value of working with invested others in helping to bring positive change to the lives of those we care about most. I understand that the process of change is not always linear and often takes longer than we might like. I bring to my work a patience and empathy that I use to foster collaborative working relationships with families and formal supports alike.
