What I like most about supporting people:
What I love most about supporting people with disability is being able to work alongside each person to help them feel understood, capable, and empowered in their everyday lives. I find it incredibly meaningful to support individuals to build skills, increase their independence, and achieve goals that are important to them (no matter how big or small).
I value getting to know each person as an individual, understanding their strengths, interests, and what matters most to them. For me, supporting people with disability is about respect, collaboration, and creating positive change that genuinely improves quality of life. I feel grateful to be trusted to play a role in that journey.
Areas of experience:
Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, Supporting adults, Supporting children, Supporting CALD individuals

Biography:

I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience supporting both children and adults with a diverse range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD, Acquired Brain Injury, and Cerebral Palsy. I take a holistic, person-centered approach to behaviour support, recognising that every individual has their own unique experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. I value building genuine, respectful relationships with participants, families and support networks, and strive to develop practical and meaningful strategies that reflect the whole person – not just their behaviours.
